Well, as you may well know, my name is Jonathan Charpie. I am currently living in Minneapolis, MN.

I have lived in five states (Colorado, Connecticut, Ohio, Arizona, and now Minnesota).  My goal in life is to be do whatever God has for me.

I think that the most important thing is life is your relationship to God.  The foundation of this relationship must be faith.  The only faith that really matters in this case is faith that Jesus, the Son of God, died on the cross, to pay for the penalty for your sins. (We know from Romans that the due payment for your sin is death, which Christ did, so you don't have to die spiritually).  The exciting thing is that after Jesus died (once for everyone), he rose from the dead, was seen by over 500 people, and then went back to heaven.  All you have to do is believe, put your faith in Him, and your sin is paid for in God's sight, which means that you get great perks to life all the sudden: Grace (to give you what you don't deserve,) Mercy (you don't get some of the bad stuff you do deserve), Love (true and pure, as only the Perfect Father could give), as well as life in heaven, among a myriad of other great things.

Do you doubt this? Do you have questions? Curious? Want to know more? For any reason, I would love to hear from you.  This is the only way to heaven for you.  You know you are a sinner (you have done things that are wrong: lying, stealing, cheating, disobeying parents), from here you must believe that Jesus came to earth to die for you, believing also that he conquered death as he rose from the dead.  Acts tells us that to be saved (from hell) we must simply believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.  So in all this you must accept the gift of Christ taking you place in the sight of God the Father, simply tell God that you realize your a sinner, you are on your way to hell because of your sin.  Tell God that you want to accept the free gift of Jesus' death covering your sin, and as such you want Jesus to take over your life and change your sinful ways to God's perfect ways.  If you truly believe these things about Jesus, that is all there is to it.  You can not do anything to get to heaven on your own and nothing you do will be worth anything in the sight of God, because He says all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags.  We are told that it is not by works of righteousness we have done but it is according to His mercy he saved us, through the blood of Christ.
